Our Basic Check-Up Plan includes a 60-minute inspection that covers all the basics. For even more peace of mind, become a Preferred or No Worries member and get a 120-minute inspection and cleaning.

Prioritizing Your Service

If your system does break down, you won’t have to worry about a long wait for service. As a member of one of your maintenance plans, you’re entitled to priority service Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you’re a No Worries member, we’ll even provide temporary cooling while we take care of your repair needs.

Discounting Your HVAC Needs

You don’t have to fret over the high expense of keeping your home comfortable when you’re part of our top maintenance plans. Our Preferred members get a 15 percent discount on repairs up to a total of $50 off. No Worries members get free repairs on units up to 10 years old, and a 50 percent discount on those older than 10 years. If you’re purchasing new equipment, you’ll enjoy a $250 discount as a Preferred member and $500 discount on the No Worries plan.
